Energy Psychology Sessions:
Your Energy psychology session will be a combination of talk therapy and an offering or teaching of tools and techniques such as Somatic Release and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique known also as "Tapping") that will help you to rewire and heal emotional, physical, and behavioral patterns. Somatic Release will help you to find the stuck emotion in your body and release it before it causes a physical manifestation of disease (or even if it already has). Energy Psychology is an evidence-based collection of mind-body approaches for understanding and improving human functioning. It focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, sensations, and behaviors, and known bioenergy systems (such as meridians and the biofield). These systems and processes exist, and interact, within individuals and between people. They are also influenced by cultural and environmental factors.
Emotional and physical issues are seen, and treated, as bio-energetic patterns within a mind-body-energy system. The mind and body are interwoven and interactive within this mind-body-energy system, which involves complex communication involving neurobiological processes, innate electrophysiology, psychoneuroimmunology (PNI), consciousness, and cognitive-behavioral-emotional patterns.

Spiritual Psychology Life Coaching/Counseling Sessions):
I will help you process challenges and discover and unlock the root of these challenges or feelings of being stuck, which creates understanding, perspective shifts, and behavioral and emotional changes. In addition, we can discuss your unique gifts, whether they be spiritual or in the material world and how to best utilize them in your life. Some people use these as a spiritual advancement or psychic development session.
While others use this as an alternative to traditional therapy or in some cases an addition. In my experience, this is a highly effective form of therapy, as we can discuss, process, and come to a place of insight and shifting your perspective in areas of your life that you desire improvement or change or are feeling frustrated or other negative emotions about.
My education and work experience as a counselor in combination with my spiritual gifts and ordinations put me in a unique position to offer this type of service. I have seen rapid change and permanent transformation in just one session. Changes, transformations, and shifts that, in my experience, would have taken many sessions or years, or perhaps could not be possible to achieve in traditional therapy. I am humbled and grateful to be able to be a part of this type of work and healing. I consider this the new level or the evolution of traditional talk therapy and am filled with gratitude to be on the leading edge of it.
Energy Medicine Sessions (Multi-Dimensional Healing, Zeb Therapy, and Reiki):
Healing sessions are provided on a massage table in my office. You will be laying on the table, fully clothed and comfortable with pillows, sheets and blankets. I work on multiple levels, hence the name multi-dimensional healing. This type of healing addresses not only the physical body, but also the emotional, mental, and causal bodies. Alignment through balance and healing of all of these bodies is necessary in order for a complete healing to occur. If only the physical or only the emotional, causal, or mental is addressed, then recurring issues will continue. If you have had chronic issues with areas of physical pain or an illness or are experiencing negative emotions, fear, trauma symptoms, emotional or behavioral patterns, addictions, feel stuck, or simply desire balance and alignment to move to the next level of your evolution or spiritual journey then this service is for you. This modality dissolves and rewires patterns in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, as well as dissolves karmic seeds, which frees you from the karmic cycle. This translates to a profound healing and transformative effect in your life in all areas. This is being called "the new medicine".
***I have recently begun to measure your frequency through applied kinesiology before and after sessions to show you the difference and explain how each frequency offers a different outlook, set of emotions, and paradigm through which you experience life.
Zeb Therapy stands for Zero Energy Balancing and works through a biofield device called a Zeb. The device is held a few feet away from your body during the healing. This device addresses many of the same things that multi-dimensional healing does and works by transmitting scalar wave frequencies and combinations of low level infrared, Rife frequencies, and many other frequencies. These various frequencies can be utilized via vector settings to adjust the bioplasma energy flow unique to your needs for the session. The Zeb device amplifies and magnifies multi-dimensional healing, so I often use them together in healing sessions.
***Both of these healing modalities can be used at a distance/through video or telephone sessions and are both hands off techniques. You will experience very pleasant and relaxing feelings and many people experience physical sensations that are very tangible. The majority of people fall asleep or go into a deep relaxed meditative state.
People report a variety of experiences. Some people receive a complete relief of a physical ailment or other form of physical discomfort instantly, while others experience this over a few sessions. Many people report a dramatic alleviation of trauma memories or negative emotional states and notice patterns and triggers that created challenges and suffering for them are lifted and gone completely and permanently. Some people experience feeling intensely relaxed, calm, floating, in an altered state of being, or have visions or downloads of understanding and realizations.

Combination Sessions:
Of all the services, I offer these the most as it combines the power of all of my services and is tailored to your unique needs at the time of the session. I combine the methods used in spiritual psychology along with evidence-based energy psychology tools and techniques with energy medicine. This may include you receiving energy medicine for half or some portion of the session, depending on what we decide together will best fit your needs.
Insight & Clarity Consultations (Spiritual Guidance):
For Insight and Clarity consultations, I will be fully utilizing my spiritual gifts through my spiritual perceptions to support you on your life's journey. If you are looking for intuitive counseling/spiritual guidance/psychic reading, then this is the service for you. We can structure the consultation however you would like. You can choose to begin by asking about where you feel stuck or burdened. In order to get the most out of your Insight and Clarity consultations, we recommend you bring a list of questions with you to your appointment. We can focus on any area of your life or address and questions or concerns you have. We will discuss whatever is creating suffering, confusion, or uncertainty for you and bring you to a place of peace and lightness.
*Please contact me if you feel you need a mediumship reading and we can discuss this option as well. I worked for many years as a medium and did majority those and psychic and medical intuitive readings, along with some energy medicine. I am very experienced and case by case will still provide these but am guided to offer other routes to healing as well.
*My focus and approach with these sessions is empowerment and offering you insight into your life. I will be helping you to shift your perspective toward the truth of what is presenting itself in your life and offering you suggestions and a path forward to shift and/or experience your life situation in a new way. My intention here is to use my gifts and abilities to give you awareness of what is holding you back and what is happening in your situation that you do not yet see. It can help you determine what you can change on your end to move toward your desired outcome. Another focus is to help you trust the alchemy of life and your relationship with Source/God/The Universe (or whatever your word is).
Please understand that fortune telling/predictions for the future are not offered-these are only based on probabilities, which are ever-changing and based on many variables. In addition, focusing on predictions often creates a reliance and takes the focus off the true point of what is taking place in your life and how you are meant to evolve. What I can do is tell you the probability of your current trajectory and what to shift to move toward your desired outcome and, most importantly, help you to see why this is happening in your life situation and shed some light on what it is here to teach you. Finally, I can help you to show you that you have all the answers and wisdom within you and teach you how to access this.
Multi-Dimensional Healing and Reiki 1 & 2 Combination Training:
I offer this in an individual session, as well as in a class environment. Classes are typically scheduled quarterly. You will receive certification to be an independent Reiki level 1 & 2 practitioner, as well as an independent Multi-Dimensional Healing Level 1 & 2 practitioner. You will receive all attunements and complete instruction on Reiki 1 & 2. Multi-Dimensional Healing works on multiple level. You will learn, be attuned to, and become a channel/portal for this type of healing, which addresses not only the physical body, but also the emotional, mental, and causal bodies. For individual training, this includes three 1-1.5 hour sessions and the cost is $375 for individual ($125/per session) or class sessions.
Multi-Dimensional Healing and Reiki ART/Master Teacher Combination Training:
I offer this in an individual session, as well as in a class environment. Classes are typically scheduled quarterly. You will receive certification to be an independent Reiki ART/Master Teacher, as well as an independent Multi-Dimensional Healing Master. You will learn, be attuned to, and become a channel/portal for this type of healing, which addresses not only the physical body, but also the emotional, mental, and causal bodies. For individual training, this includes five 1-1.5 hour sessions and the cost is $600 for individual ($120/per session) or class sessions.
